Thank you for visiting Plaziak Enterprises. It has been a while since I’ve updated this page and I want to use this as a place to map out where I want to take this site.

In the beginning, I focused primarily on leadership and literature. Since this site’s creation, I have successfully started “An Enterprise in Technology” and will expand it as my primary effort at this time.

As I write this in August 2020, I am getting ready to take command of a signal company in the United States Army. I feel incredibly honored to do this and will use those experience to continue working on “An Enterprise in Leadership.” I hope to capture my thoughts and processes here so that others, and myself, can reflect.

Although I still read (and listen to audio books) frequently, I am finding that I have trouble taking notes while reading to write a decent essay. I have to be very deliberate with this and articles in “An Enterprise in Literature” will likely slow down because of that. Personally, I’m using goodreads to keep track of what I’m reading and I’ve really enjoyed it.

As a house keeping update, eventually I’d like to give the website a facelift. It was a simple creation and fulfilled its intended purpose, but I’d like to take it a step up in the future. I am becoming more active on Twitter. I believe that venue is the best social media platform to keep up with changes in the military and technology and I’ve learned so much from it. I’m going to try and post some more of my own thoughts and try to contribute. If you are interested, my handle is @johneplaziak.
